2010 Spring Hairstyle Trends

With the economy and our spirits finally looking up, spring 2010 promises a return to lighter hair and sun-kissed, face-framing highlights. Among the most popular hair colors for spring is red—in bold shades of titanium orange and auburn. Red hair is big right now because it falls somewhere between dark (brown) and light (brown). Unexpectedly, strawberry blond highlights look fetching on dark Asian hair for spring. Also consider giving raven hair a punch of pastel with highlights in shades of robin’s egg blue, yellow and orange.
